Using the finest fish from around the UK and beyond and dry-aged fish prepared in our custom-built ageing cabinets, our chef’s table serves inventive dishes created by Executive Chef Leo Carreira.

We were proudly commissioned to provide our bespoke services in crafting 12 custom stools, meticulously tailored to suit the unique needs of the client. Each stool was expertly upholstered, ensuring not only comfort but also a stunning visual impact, perfectly complementing the chef’s table with a vibrant splash of colour.
