Located in the heart of Cardiff, Grey Restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere where guests can savor contemporary dining with a focus on Welsh and British classics. The design of Grey seamlessly blends modern elegance with a nod to tradition, creating an inviting setting for diners. The restaurant’s aesthetic captures the essence of Cardiff’s vibrant culture while honoring British culinary heritage.

Our involvement in this project was extensive and showcased our expertise in both loose and fitted bespoke joinery. We supplied custom banquette seating and serving stations, carefully crafted to enhance the restaurant’s design. This project is one of many collaborations with Hilton over the years, allowing us to bring our craftsmanship to life in one of Cardiff’s premier dining venues.
